Members Guide

Attendance.
The survival of the group centres around your support of the Events, be it living history or battles, please try and make it to as many events as possible, just drop me or any member an email so we know if you cannot make it, this makes it allot easier for members attending to set out battle plans, ammo, and reserve living history display space etc.
 
Living History.
Our period camp is the centre point of our display, authenticity is what makes it as real as possible for us as well as the public, modern items are to be packed away before the show starts, if you must carry a cell phone, leave it on silent, and only answer away from the camp, the public love pointing out modern gear, so regular camp checks should done throughout the day.
 
Camp Security.
Two members on the 21st camp at all times, weapon and equipment displays should be out of reach of the perimeter camp marker. Where possible vehicles will be allowed back on the camp area at evenings to allow secure storage. More details will be given at each event.
 
Battles & Blank Rounds.
Any member who wants to attend a 21st Panzer or nww2a battle must sign in with the CO, and be available for the morning safety walk through were we will discuss the overall scenario, safety, hazards and your role on the battlefield. Members failing to attend the walk through will not be eligible for free blanks or be able to enter the battle unless special arrangements have been made with the C.O. prior to the event.
